Is bōm dough gluten-free?

Pão de queijo, mochi waffles and our burritos are naturally gluten-free, and gluten-free options run through the menu. Brioche and bagels share the kitchen, so ask us about cross-contact.

What kinds of dough do you serve?

Six, from six places: pão de queijo (Brazil), brioche (France), bagels (New York), mochi waffles (Japan), gnocchi (Italy) and gluten-free burritos (Mexico). Baked fresh daily at both Cambridge cafés.

Where are you in Cambridge, and when are you open?

Inman Square, 1271 Cambridge St, and Lechmere, 1 Canal Park — both open weekdays 8am–3pm, weekends 8am–4pm. Both serve the full menu of dough and coffee.

Do you serve brunch?

Yes — all day, every day, at both cafés: weekdays 8am–3pm, weekends 8am–4pm. Walk in, no reservations. Gluten-free eggs benedict on warm pão de queijo, mochi waffles, açaí bowls and sandwiches on your choice of dough, with coffee and matcha.

Do you serve lunch?

Yes — the full menu runs from open to close: sandwiches on your choice of dough, burritos, plates and bowls, soup and sides. Both cafés are open until 3pm on weekdays and 4pm on weekends.

How do I order pickup or delivery?

Order ahead through the Order button for pickup at either café. Delivery is available direct through Toast, or on DoorDash and Uber Eats.

How do rewards work?

Every visit counts — any order of $3.50 or more, at the counter or online. After six visits your next drink is on us — coffee, latte, matcha, lemonade or tea. Add your birthday for a treat that month.

Do you have dessert? Is there tiramisu in Cambridge?

Yes — tiramisu, made in house, two ways: coffee and dulce de leche earl grey. $9 a cup ($9.50 for the earl grey) at the counter at Inman Square and Lechmere or ordered ahead online, and by the cup for catering through ezCater with 48 hours' notice. Not gluten-free.

Do you cater?

Yes — breakfast for offices, teams and events across Cambridge and Greater Boston. Submit a catering request or order directly through ezCater.
